The Stance
Place your front foot in between the middle of your skateboard and the front trucks. Place your rear foot on the tail (back) of your board putting most of your weight on the ball of your foot.
Jumping
Crouch down on your board the more you crouch the higher you will go. Push off of your back foot to jump. Wait until the tail of your board hits the ground.
The Front Foot
After you've jumped slide your front foot up to the nose (front) of your board. This will make your board come up with you.
The Back Foot & Getting Higher
Lift up your back foot so the back of the board goes higher. Also tuck your legs up when you are in the air. (it will make you go higher)
Level It Out
Level out the board buy pushing down on the board slightly.
Landing
Put both of your feet over the bolts so your board doesn't break if you ollie really high. Extend your legs so they are slightly bent and land.
