Hummingbird Swing

I know hummingbird lovers always

love hummingbird swing. Me too. Before I made one hummingbird swing but that time I did not make any video or documentation. That Red wired one you might have seen that pic on Pinterest. So now I decided to make one again.

What you need for this project:

1) Floral wire 14 gauge

2) Colorful foam sheets

3) Beads

4) Floral wire 24 gauge

5) Ladybug button (any crafts store button section you can got this)

6) Floral Tape

7) Glue

For making this swing I used 14 gauge wire. So, first I started

with making the hook. So, I took my one lipstick and using that I bend the wire like hook and then I used one water bottle and bend the wire like half arch and then wire should straight till 4 inch then using pillars bend and after 4.5 inches again bend to upside and go straight till 4 inches and make the arch again using water bottle. Then cut the wire and join it to the hook neck making a loop and tight it using pillars. Now swing is ready as you can see in the pic.

Making Flowers:

I used different color foam sheets making the flower. So first I draw the flower and cut it.

Then Using hot iron I made flower little curly. I used 24 gauge wire and cut it into 3.5 inches then I took one bead and put into the wire and make a loop and tight it. Then I put that wire into the middle of the flower. And using very small amount of glue to secure it. Then I wrap the wire using floral tape.

Using the same process I made all the flowers.

Wrapping the Swing With Flowers and Beads:

So, now we will wrap the swing. First I started wrap with the hook area using flowers. Both side arches area I wrap with flowers and the lower portion of the swing 2 inch I wrap with beads. And the middle of the beads I used ladybug button both side.

So we are done and our hummingbird swing is ready.
