Install Ford F150/Superduty Massive Q-5 CREE LED Foglamps

This tutorial will show you how to install the massive 100W Q-5 CREE combination-beam hyperspot LED fog light kit for the 2015-up Ford F150 and 2017-up F250 and F350 Superduty trucks.

Mounting this pair of variable beam LED fog lights will not require any modification whatsoever. After you affix the big Q-5 hyperspot LED foglamp into your lower bumper, your Ford truck will brandish an extremely powerful set of LED fogs that will outshine all other pod lights on the street.

Turn Your Wheel in Towards the Center for Hand Clearance.

Remove the 4 Screws Circled in Red in the Pictures.

There are two on the wheel well, and two on the fender flare.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other side.

Take the Fender Flare Off Below Your Ford Truck's Head Lamps.

Remove the Screws Located Indicated by the Red Circles.

Take Out the Air Vent to Access Your OEM Fog Light.

Unscrew the 4 Bolts Circled in Red to Loosen the OEM Fog Light Bezel From Its Mounting Location.

Separate Your Factory Fog Lamp.

Unbolt the vertical beam for more hand space.

Seperate the Bezel From the Fog Light Opening.

This is the most difficult part of the installation so take your time in performing this step. Tilt the bezel carefully so no other parts come loose. This step will ensure you won't have to remove the bumper to install the Q-5 CREE hyperspot LED fog lights.

Pry Off the Screw Clips Using a Pair of Pliers.

Preassemble the Q-5 CREE Hyperspot LED Fog Lights.

Tightly secure the included metal mounting support brackets onto the Q-5 LED fog light units.

Perform steps 4-10 for the other side.

Route the Q-5 LED Fog Lights Up From Below Your F-250 Bumper to Install.

Bolt on the Q-5 hyperspot LED fog lamps.

Refer to the last image of this step to find the right mounting holes to mount the LED fog lamps on.

Make Sure the Q-5 Hyperspot LED Fog Lights They Sit Flush Along the Bumper.

We designed our mounting brackets so that the LED fog lamps point 20 degrees off to the side to achieve the flush appearance. The beam pattern shines at a 48 degree angle however, so the LED light will still shine straight ahead.

Final Steps

Connect the LED fog light wires to the stock fog light harness using the optional pigtails.

Test your Q-5 LED fog lamps to make sure it functions properly. Once you've confirmed that they do, put the air vent bezel, wheel well, and fender flare back into place to finish.
