This isnt a very hard project, but it would definetly help if you knew your way around inventor because I use alot of the lingo, other than that im gonna give you a pretty straight forward tutorial.  The measurments are in inches, and I used 2011 just in case any one wants to know and if anyone has any tips how to make it easier tell me and ill try to edit them in

Head

Start with a 14" diameter circle then put another circle inside that with a diameter of 13" and trim off half of each one so it looks like the picture below.
After the 2D sketch is created, rotate the entire drawing 310 degrees along the middle line.  This will create the head and mouth.

Ears

Create a vertical workplane (i just used the XZ plane) going through the center of the model, then angle another plane to that one along the lines of the mouth, 15 degrees back is what Deadmau5 uses.  Create a 2D sketch on your new plane, at 45 degrees and 13" from the center create an ellipse 7" long and 6" wide.  Extrude these symetrically 1.5" and filet the edges .75"

Eyes

[This part was extremely hard to figure out but its fairly easy to do once you know how so this might be a little hard to follow]
You'll need to make your verticle plain visible again and offset from that 3.5", and create a 2D sketch on that.  From the center create a circle with a diameter of 12.125" (it should fit almost perfect on that portion of the sphere) then draw a line at 45 degrees to the edge from the center.  Mark this spot because your going to delete that line and go back towards the center half an inch. This will mark the center of the eye.  From here put a circle with a diameter of 5.25" then revolve that. You should be able to mirror the eyes and the ears if you're really lazy like me.

Neck

[This part isnt needed but if you print it out on a 3D modeler it makes it more realistic.  Since its not very important i did the measurements kinda weird, but it comes out exactly how its supposed to so just bare with me]
Create a horizontal plane (XY for me) then angle a plane to that 10 degrees from the mouth lines like in step 4.  Then offset a plane from that 10 inches.  on that work plane draw an ellipse 3.5" wide and 4" long, then cutaway that sketch into the head about 3.9 inches. if you do 4" it will look weird and wont be an even cut
