- highlighter
- a black light.
Gather Materials
get your materials ready to start
Mix Two Tablespoons of Water and Baking Soda
Add the Highlighter Liquid to the Baking Soda and Water Mixture
Get Your Cotton Swab and Dip It in the Mixture and Write Your Message
Let It Dry
