Jumbo Nachos
Hello, today I will show you how to make the biggest nachos in the world😱. I guarantee you that your mind will be blown away once you try this irresistible nacho recipe🤤. I am getting hungry just by thinking about it. This recipe is so really easy I probably could do it in my sleep🛌(I am just kidding btw).
Supplies
- 2tbs taco seasoning
- 2tbs chili powder(or u can put 1tbs if you don’t like spicy food )
- 15 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cups grated Cheddar-Jack (approximately -- you may need more or less)
- 1/4 cup jalapeños
- 3 tomatoes finely chopped
- Hot sauce(optional or you can use on the side)
- Olives(optional)
- 3 pickles(optional)
- sour cream
- 3 green onions, green and white parts, finely chopped
- 1lb ground chicken
Make the Chips
First preheat your air fryer or oven to 350 F.
Then cut you tortillas in a triangle shape and you can also use the scraps under your good triangles pieces so it still looks good and you don’t waste anything.
After that brush the tortillas with olive oil lightly. Also sprinkle some salt on the the tortillas.
Lastly put the tortillas in the air fryer and put the mode to air fry and time to 5 minutes but you can add 5 minutes if it is not crispy and light brown.
Get Your Chicken Ready
First put your taco seasoning and chili powder on the chicken. Then heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and and sauté on both sides until a brownish color starts to appear. Then add some hot sauce and bring a gentle boil.
Assemble the Nachos
First assemble the bottom layer of tortilla chips onto a ovenproof plate or baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and then a layer of chicken and then repeat twice more with each layer getting smaller in circumference. Finish with a extra handful of cheese 🧀. Also I added some extra chips above the cheese but you don’t have to. Bake until the cheese melts, approx. 5-10 minutes.
Add Some Toppings
First add jalapeños, pickles, olives and the green onions. Then add tomatoes and sour cream. Lastly take the bite you have been wanting to take since the beginning. I hope you liked this recipe and share it to your friends and family.
