KINDER BUENO CAKE-Best Cake Ever

This is the best cake ever. Try it, taste it. :)

Ingredients

Cream:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 egg yolk
  • 5 tablespoon self-raising flour
  • 150 gramm unsalted butter
  • 5 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 100 gramm dark chocolate

Sponge:

  • 3 egg white
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 gramm crushed roasted hazelnut

Plus:

  • 100 gramm Rich Tea Biscuits-100 ml milk
  • Nutella

Top:

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 3 tablespoon icing sugar
  • Decorating with kinder bueno, kinder suprise, kinder choco bons

Cream

Cream:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 egg yolk
  • 5 tablespoon self-raising flour

Mix theses ingredients.

Put on the hob, and heat and mix till it will be thick.

Leave it to chill.

Sponge

Sponge:

  • 3 egg white
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 gramm crushed roasted hazelnut

First you roast the hazelnut. Leave it to cool out and crush it.

Beat the egg whites, then put the sugar into the bowl, mix it. Put the flour and baking powder into the bowl and gently stir it. Put a baking paper in the springform cake tin (23 cm-9 inch), and put the sponge cream into the tin, and spread with crushed hazelnut. Put in the oven, and bake it 15 minutes with 180C Fan.

Mix the butter with icing sugar. When the cooking cream is cold, mix with the buttercream.

Sponge With Nutella

Spread the sponge with nutella while the sponge is hot.

  1. Put the "slightly soaked" biscuits on the Nutella"s sponge
  2. Spread the 1/2 cream
  3. Again "Slightly soaked" biscuits

Last Step

  1. Heat the dark chocolate with microwave oven
  2. Mix with the cream
  3. Put on the biscuits
  4. Beat the double cream with icing sugar.
  5. Spread it on the cake.

Put in the fridge for 1 night.

Next day you decorate the cake as would you like. (kinder bueno chocolate, kinder suprise, kinder choco bons....etc.)
