We started with a scrap to get a little gem on two wheels. I hope that the project will like. If you like to go visit my Facebook page and put a like :)

Create a Project

First you need to create a project with regard to the colors and pieces that we want to choose. One very important thing then is to start with clear ideas do not get lost during the project and not risk breaking your buget.

Now we have to disassemble the bike and discard all the pieces that do not work or are rusty and begin to give it a clean.

Sanding

We have to prepare the bike to the paint so we have to take the sandpaper and begin to scratch the frame thus removing the old paint. We start from a coarser sandpaper and then decreased seprate more thickness, taking care to avoid damaging the frame.

Paint

To prepare the frame for painting we must first clean it with a damp cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth. it is important to do this so that the color will stick well to the frame. It starts with a bottom layer of neutral paint that serves to avoid causing rusting of the new frame. Then you begin to give some hands color (in my case 3) and then in the end a layer of paint Protector. For this project I used the simple spray cans.

Passed a night to allow time to dry out to frame I started to assemble the different parts of the bike, until you get our final result.
