Keto Bread

- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Pre-heat your oven to 375° and evenly spray PAM onto pan of choice.
Gather Ingredients

Separate Egg White From Egg Yolks

Using a Hand Mixer, Whip Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar in a Large Bowl.


Whip Egg Whites Until Stiff Peaks Form. Set Aside.

Using Hand Mixer, Whip Egg Yolks, Melted Butter, Almond Flour, and Baking Powder in Large Bowl. These Should Be Well Combined.


Add 1/3 of Whipped Egg Whites and Fold Until Well Incorporated.

Fold in the Remaining Egg Whites Until Well Combined.

Pour Batter Onto Pan and Place Pan in Oven. Bake for 25 Minutes, or Until a Toothpick Inserted Into Bread Comes Out Clean.

Remove Bread From Oven and Allow Bread to Cool Before Cutting.

Cut Bread Into Squares.
