Kids Craft: Quick and Easy Milk Jug Ghost!
Halloween is coming and it's time to make some decorations! In this Instructable, I will show you how to make a ghost out of a milk jug with your kids! Let's get making!
Supplies
- Black construction paper
- Clean milk jug
- White paint
- Paintbrush(es)
- Paper towels
- Glue
- A string of white lights
Prepare Your Work Surface!
Lay down some paper towels so that it covers your work area. This way, paint won't get all over the place!
Start Painting!
Have your kid(s) start painting the milk jug white. While they're doing this you can paint the lid, since it will be a bit hard for the kiddos. Maybe you can read them a spooky ghost story while you're painting. Make sure your child/kids wash their hands after they're done painting.
Don't Forget the Face!
Cut out the face for your ghost, and have your kids glue it on.
Final Touches!
Punch a hole (with a knife or scissors, not literally punch it) in the back of your ghost, then feed the lights through. when you turn them on, it will give your ghost a "ghostly glow."
Finished!
Yay! You're now done with your little ghost! Ask any questions you have, and if you made a ghost I would love to see it! Thank you! :)
