LED UPDO - ALI BUN

LED HAIR UPDO IN NO TIME!

Updos do not have to be complexed one hour pinning at hair dresser who did it for your sister's wedding!

Here is hacked updo with existing hair accessory and a spice - LED light!

- medium hair length

- a comb

- hair donut (its a very popular hair accessory, you can get it in accessories departments in different sizes and matching hair colors)

- small battery LED (I use finger LEDs, got it in a party shop)

- hair elastic (just a usual ponytail one)

- hair pin (optional, if you need to pin in your LED)

No sweat!

Grab all of your top hair.

Here comes the donut hack. If you know how to properly use the hair donut, forget all about it. Put the donut under your top hair.

Hide the donut with the rest of the hair...

...all around and grab your hair in low start pony tail position.

Comb your hair to smoothen the sides.

Now make a pony tail loop, the donut is hidden inside...

The donut IS hiding inside.

Under the pony tail loop there is a hidden hole in the donut. Gently spread the hair above the hole and start tucking in your hair loop...

Little bit to the left, little bit to the right...

tuck tuck tuck...

So there's that! Inverse donut use.

Horizontal conehead. Now lets spice it up!

Now take your finger LED and tuck it in. If you want a discrete hint of light tuck it further in.

Lets call it Ali Bun!
