LED Stand

P9180010.JPG
I buyed for my first time some Light Emitting Diodes, I got them in some bag and that was unpractical for me, so I decided to make me some stand.
We will make if from wooden board. Let's start!

Tools and Materials

We will need:

Materials:
*Wooden board (20mm fat)

Tools:
*Aku drill(or normal)
*Pencil
*Ruler (or geometric triangle)
*Wood borers(actually we will need only 3 and 5 mm)

Plan and Drawing

We must make a plan about LEDs we have. I will use my bill to count it.. Probably will be some empty holes, but never mind.

60 3mm green LEDs.
90 3mm red LEDs.
16 5mm green LEDs.
10 5mm yellow LEDs.
5 5mm blue LEDs.

So, every 1cm we will draw a line, vertically and horizontally. We should got a net.

Drilling

So, we have 150 3mm holes, and 31 5mm holes.
Take a aku drill, and intersected(corners) of net drill a holes. When drilled first one, check is it LED OK with a hole. If is continue with drilling. If not, look for another borer.

Put LEDs and We Are Finish!

Uff, here is most most boring par of work. We must put LEDs in their holes.
If hole is not enough big, take a drill a make it bigger, you don't have to put out the LEDs, borer is enough big.

And we are finish.. If you used 3mm and 5mm borers LEDs should not
fall out of holes. If you wand you can put it on wall.
