Advice:
Leather: We advice 2.0mm (5oz) leather, size 20cm x 17cm.
1.0mm (2.5oz) leather, size 8cm x 17cm.
Hardware: 30cm No.5 zipper x1, No.5 slider x1.

Cut Leather Pieces From Acrylic Pattern.
Punch Stitching Holes.
The Gusset Is 1.0mm, Fold and Sew the Middle Stitching Line.
Glue Zipper On, When You Meet the Corner, Glue and Adjust It Carefully, It Is Not Very Hard.
Glue 2 Half of Zipper on and Install Slider.
Unfold Gusset, and Glue It As Picture Show.
Sew Along the Stitching Line to Finish This Pencil Case.
