Around 90% of the costume is built from "blue foam".

The only tools and materials you are going to need are as follows:

- Some sheets of "blue foam" depending on the size of the costume you intend to build.

- A glue gun and lots of glue sticks.

- Some colorful cardboard to cover the blue foam (yellow is essential to give the Lego its original color)

- A sharp blade to cut the "blue foam"

Start buy cutting 5 pieces of blue foam to make the upper body piece of the costume.

Make sure you cut the right dimensions according to your body size.

Before gluing the 5 pieces of "Blue Foam" make adjustments the holes to allow a comfortable fit.

Use the hot glue gun to glue all 5 pieces in place.

Take a look at the photos of the head, it consists of 2 "blue foam" circles that are connected with "barbeque sticks". On top of the head put smaller "blue foam" circles. Glue everything together after a fitting test.

The hands consist on 3 layers of "blue foam" cut in a open circle. There is a hole in the center Roam board to allow for your hand to grip the foam.

The Lego costume is an amazingly versatile costume to have, because you can change its appearance by changing the outer cardboard color. We did a simple LEGO with a suit and tie and we also went for Batman and Robin.
