Lemon Sorbet

Hi everyone today we are going to learn how to make a fresh frozen lemon sorbet for this hot summer!

Supplies

- ¼ cup of sugar

- ½ cup of water

- 1 spoon of lemon zest

- ¼ cup of lemon juice

The Syrup

Put the sugar and water in a pot over medium low heat. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Lemon

After the sugar is dissolved, remove the pot from the heat. Add the lemon juice and the lemon zest and stir until they are all mixed.

The Freezer

Put the mix in the freezer for one hour then get it out, stir it, and put it back.

The Freezer Again

After another hour in the freezer, get the mix out and repeat the last step.

The Last Step

After another hour, get the mix out of the freezer. It is now ready for serving.

(Note: the mix should stay in the freezer for a total of 3 hours).

Decoration

Put it in a glass and decorate it with mint and a slice of lemon.
