Here you will learn how to create the leveling assembly shown above with 4 parts and 1 assembly

Base Plate Sketch

BaseSketch1.PNG

First Part! The Sketch for the base plate can be made through rectangles or lines to the dimensions given in the photo above. The curves on both the inside and outside can be made by using the fillet tool in the sketch mode.

Base Plate Sketch Extrusion

BaseExtrude1.PNG

Use the Extrusion tool to extrude the sketch by 75 mm.

Base Plate Hole Sketch

BaseSketch2.PNG

Create a sketch of a circle as shown above.

Base Plate Hole Extrusion

BaseExtrude2.PNG

Extrude the hole sketch all the way through

Base Plate Third Sketch

BaseSketch3.PNG

Create a sketch of a circle and 2 lines as shown above.

Lifting Block Fillet

LiftFillet2.PNG

Add a fillet onto the previous sketch (Radius of 3mm)

Lifting Block Circle Sketch 2

LiftSketch4.PNG

Add another sketch of a circle with the dimensions above in the center of the other circle

Lifting Block Circle 2 Extrusion

LiftFinal.PNG

Extrude that circle sketch all the way through
