Acalorie-wise appetizer “Penguins” will satisfy your hunger without any damage to your curves. In addition to this, it will make guests or family smile. The recipe is so simple that even a kid can make it. A great snack for parties.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Counting calories (per 100 g):

Carrots: 32 calories

Canned black olives (pitted): 115 calories

Fetaki cheese: 220 calories

1. Wash and peel a carrot then cut 10 circles 1/2 cm wide. Cut a small segment out of each circle. You will use these segments for penguin’s beaks.

2. Place a toothpick into the center of each circle.

3. Take black olives out of the can and set them aside until there is no water. Cut 10 olives from one side (from top to bottom).

4. Stuff the black olives with pieces of cheese and put them on the toothpicks.
