1- What did you make? (Tell the story of what you made and how it works. Why did you use the tools and materials you selected?)
I made these brownies for Valentines day for school to share with my classmates and friends in order to share the love instead of just receiving it (: These tools that I've used were in my mom's kitchen so I was lucky enough to have them and not have to buy any!
2- How did you make it? (Tell us where you got the idea for the project. Did you work with anyone else? Did your plans and ideas change as you worked on the project?)
I've always wanted to make brownies but after burning two trays of cookies I gave up for awhile. I made this on my own and at first I just wanted to make brownies but i had a bag of M&Ms left over so I used it and it was delicious!
3- Where did you make it? (Home, school, somewhere else? How did this connect to other activities in your life?)
I made this at home in my mom's kitchen! I love cooking but was terrified of baking and after a long period of time, this was the first thing I made again and thank god it tastes awesome and so easy too!
4- What did you learn? (Describe your biggest challenges and any surprises that arose during the build. What are you proudest of? If you had to do it again, what would you do differently?)
I learned that baking actually is fun and I'm going to do it more in the future (: As I was making it the instructions called for greasing a pan with vegetable oil but I didn't have any so I buttered it instead and it worked out perfectly fine. I'm proud of making these because at school everyone told me they were delicious and adding M&Ms made it even more tasty. If I was to do it again I would try to add either different types of chocolates/candies or experiment with some nuts!
I have a lot of fun doing this and everyone should also try it !
