Make Windows 98 Look Like Windows XP

I made it because Windows XP is better than 98!

Display Properties

Go to Properties in the Desktop right-click menu.

Appearance

Go to the Appearance tab.

Theme

Pick Windows XP as the scheme.

Apply Theme

Click Apply, then close Display Properties. You must finally restart your computer to make the changes take effect.
