Make a 4 Color Screen Printing Press

I made this machine based on plans from printingplans.com, anyway if you note some differences with the plans, it is because after a time working on it, I have made some changes in the dimensions of the parts and some reinforcements to improve the printings on other materials such as wood, for example.

This is a really versatile machine to make a lot of screen printing projects with great results, it can works with different materials as papers, fabrics, leather, wood and other porous materials. Surely in the following videos I will show some practical examples.

• 1 Lazy Susan Turntable of 6” x 6” x 3/4”

• 6 Screws of 2.5” to 3”

• 8 Lag eye screws of 1/4" x 3/4"

• 4 Lag eye screws of 3/16" x 1 3/8"

• 8 Springs of 5/8” x 3 3/4”

• 8 Hook & Eye Turnbuckles of 3/16” x 4”

• 4 Hinges of 3 1/2” wide

• 8 Metal C clamps of 2” x 1”

• 16 Wood screws of 2” x 1/8”
