Place the juice box in the sock. Measure about half an inch above the top of the juice and trim excess. You may need trim as much as half of the sock if it is in a men's size 12.

Step 2 : Cut Patterns

For pattern number One, cut a paper size 7 1/2 inches x 5 inches. Fold paper in half and cut a curve leading to the top. Think of a mitten shape. This will be the body of your dragon. Cut two pieces of orange felt.

Cut pattern number two. Cut paper 5 inches x 4 5/8 inches, then cut one piece in orange felt.

Pattern three: Cut one paper pattern 1 inch x 11 1/2 inches which will serve both handle and dragon smile, for smile pattern make a mark at 8 inches. To make a handle cut one rectangular piece of orange felt 1 inch wide x 11 1/2 inches long.

Pattern four: make a dragon smile. Cut one rectangular piece of felt 7/8 inches wide x 8 inches.

Pattern five: making eyeballs. Cut four circles in a row of white felt. Each circle is 2 inches diameter. Cut 2 circles from black felt 1 inch diameter.

Pattern six: Making a dragon's mane. Use the white felt as your template and trace the circular patterns on green felt with a pencil. When cutting the green felt leave about one inch on the lowest point so that mane strips are about 9 inches long and measure 2 inches at the high point and 1 inch on the low point.

Step Three: Sew It Together!

Fold and sew a hem around the top of the sock's raw edge.

Sew the sock to pattern One's mid section from point X to Y with the sock's opening pointing at the curve.

Making a felt sandwich: place pattern One over pattern One with the sock in between and sew the curved edge from point A to point B. Baste an elastic band and sew on the curve from point A to point B. Turn right side out. The sock should be visible.

Sew pattern number Two to the sock opening. Sew pattern number Two to with points A to C aligned. Sew points B to D.

Sew dragon eyes. Make arches on forehead by pushing down the middle with your finger. Stack two white felt circles with dark circle of felt on top. Sew each dragon eye firmly to point x so that children don't pull them off and eat them.

Sew the dragon's mane. We want the mane to be pliable like a book where you can flip the green felt. Place all green felt together and sew at one corner. Take the stack of green felt and push down the center of forehead and sew firmly.

Make a dragon smile: Take your 7/8 inch x 8 inches orange felt and twist it till it forms an abstract smile. Sew one end at point A and other end at point B.

Attach a handle. Sew orange felt size 1 inch x 11 1/2 inches long.
