Make a Rorschach Inkblot

In this instructable I will show you how to make a Rorschach-like inkblot. I had to do this for a project because we read a book called Flowers For Algernon (Really good book) I figured I should share it with everybody. It's also fun to see what your friends say they see, or don't see.

You will only need 4 items for this project:

1. Paper (Newspaper and Computer Paper)

2. Unused Ink Cartridge

3. Scissors

4. Hard Surface (Floor or Table)

Lay the paper down to cover most of the hard surface that you are using. The ink will splatter a lot. I set mine up so they overlapped in some places.

You need to cut the top of the ink cartridge off. Do it near the paper or outside, mine splattered a lot. You need to tap all the ink to the bottom so it doesn't splatter as bad.

This is the best part of the entire project. You fold the paper that you are going to put the inkblot in half. Lay it in the middle of the other papers, and just go at it. Try not to make a pattern, just randomly smack the open part of the ink cartridge onto the paper. Now you find out why you need so much paper. I couldn't really take pictures of me actually smacking it, but here's the finished product.

You finished making the Rorschach-like inkblot. Go around and see what you're friends think of it.
