To Make Your Awesome Elegant Doll Sofa You'll Need:

1.jpg

8 rectangular foam regular sponges with a scrubby rough side

American tape

Glue gun + glue sticks

Scissors (Fabric scissors best)

2 different colors of fabric (I used satin black and blue fabric)

This Is the Sponge Layout Composition So You Get an Idea on Where the Sponges Will Go.

Start by Separating the Rough Scrubby Side From 4 of the Sponges.

2.jpg

Carefully peel apart the rough scrubby side from 4 of the sponges.

Leave the other 4 intact.

Using One of the Sponges As a Template Cut a Rectangle Out of the Fabric.

Cut some rectangles bigger than the sponge out of the fabric keeping in mind you'll be wrapping your sponges later just like a present.

You need:

8 rectangles in the main color (in this case BLACK)

4 rectangles in the accent color (in this case BLUE)

Wrap the Sponges With the Black Fabric Using the American Tape.

Carefully and neatly wrap the 8 sponges (4 intact and 4 with the rough scrubby side removed) in the black fabric using the american tape. Make sure you tuck in the edges making sharp neat corners.

After the first fold cut away excess fabric if needed.

Now Wrap the Scrubby Rough Parts of the Sponges in the Blue Fabric.

Take 1 full sponge and 1 with the scrubby rough side removed and glue them together with the taped sides touching each others using your glue gun.

Keep them pressed until the glue is dry.

If the borders are still open put a little glue on the edges and close them.

Make 2 of these.

Now Let's Make the Bits With the Accent Color.

As mentioned before if you see some of the borders have gaps put extra glue to close them completely.

Let it dry completely for few minutes before next step.
