Get Your Pick Material
first you will need a bicycle tire its not exactly something you need to sell your soul for since you probably have one in your garage or elsewhere.
Dismantle the Tire
Take All the rubber stuff off of the tire and unscrew the screw looking things then cut off the spoke and harvest your pick material.
Now Get Your Tension Wrench Material
remember that windshield wiper you stole off of your neighbors car (or perhaps you got it out of your garage) well its time to gut it there 2 metal strips that you must take(by force if necessary).
Making the Pick
you take the spoke and those plyers and bend the spoke into a pick shape
Then Grind It Thin
you take that dremel tool or bench grinder (you could even use the sidewalk) and grind the sides thin thin enough to put in a keyhole.
Make the Pick Look Good
take the ugly peice of metal you just made into a pick and do something to make it look good
like wrap string around it to make a handle.

Making a Tension Wrench
take a metal strip (the one you got from the windsheild wiper ) and stick it in a lock then bend it (or you can use plyers.
Now You Have a Lockpick and Tension Wrench
Now you have a lockpick and tension wrench FEEL EMPOWERED FEEL VICTORIOUS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! whatever good luck trying to use it
