Manglyee
This is a delicious summer concoction that you can make very fast and you're not going to want to share because it's so good!
Materials:
1 ripe mango
4 pieces of lychee from a can
1/3 cup of the syrup from the lynchee can
1 cup simple sugar (you will need sugar and water)
2 cups Ice

Making the Simple Syrup
Mix a 1/2 cup a water with 1 cup of sugar and stir.
Place into a microwavable cup and microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir again.
The syrup will have a slightly thicker consistency than water.
Let the syrup cool before using in the next step.

Putting It All Together
Put half of the ripe mango, 4 pieces of lychee and 1/3 cup of lychee syrup into the blender.
Blend it together with the simple syrup.
Add in the 2 cups of ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf and blackberry.
The aroma of the lychee in this mango delight is simply delicious!
