Mango Madness

This is called "Mango Madness" and everything above is the items you will need to make our recipe.

This recipe is healthy, Mango madness includes: Vitamins, Fats, Proteins, minerals,carbohydrates and water!

You will need:
1. 1 cup chopped peeled mango

2. 1/3 cup peach sorbet

3. 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

4. 1/4 cup orange juice

5. 1/8 teaspoon orange-flower water (optional)

Peel the Mango

First rinse off the mango and then start to peel it.

Chop the Mango

Get a cutting board , place mango onto and Begin !

Place All Ingredients Into the Blender

Place everything into blender place options onto smoothie

Start Blending Into a Smoothie
