Marble Mania Cardboard!
Hi and welcome to my instructable! This is a fun way to create your own marble track with cardboard. Please vote this for the puzzles contest because that 3d printer looks amazing! LETS GET STARTED!
Cutting Out the Wall
The first thing we are going to need is a 24 1/2 by 28 1/4 inch flat piece of cardboard as shown. I will also leave a picture for both measurements.
Drawing the Paths
Next, we will be drawing the paths. You may draw whatever kind of paths that you like, or you can do the paths that I chose to draw. The pictures aren't easy to see but if you look closely you will understand what I mean. You can also just look at other steps and see what I put where.
Adding Straight Tubes
Now we will work on straight tubes, there will be 4 regular sized ones and 2 half sized ones. I am using the cardboard on the inside of toilet paper for this. If you use the toilet paper cardboard you will need 5 pieces total. You may gave to create a couple on your own like me. It should look like this, my makeshift ones are in the middle and right under that is my 2 half's.
Box to Catch the Marble and Topless Long Tube
First you will need a small box about the size shown above. It need walls, I have to add walls so don't waste your Time doing it just like me. It's time to connect the top! The picture will show where to put it. Now, to make the topless tube we are going to... make 2 tubes and cut their tops off! You will need 2 topless ones, the picture above shows what they should look like. The. You can put them where you drew your Mark or look at the picture. They are directly above the Tiny tubes.
THE FINAL STEP... 20 Curved Tubes :(
I don't want to make this hard on you guys. So look at the picture above. That will work. If the marbles fall add walls but that picture shows 2 curved ones. I took a picture of one side after I put in 2 curved parts. You don't even need 2 for each place. As long as it fits it works.
You've Finished!
