Matchbox-And-Pencil Rubber Band Gun

And again a very simple rubber band gun. I claim, this might be the mother of all RBG-s. When I was a child, my friend showed me a very elegant technique to make a superb RBG using a mathcbox, a pencil, a clothespin and some rubber bands. Here is the project:

You need the things I've already mentioned, and cca. 10 seconds to make it. Excellent for duel, mayhem, revenge, murder or any else - if you have enough rubber band :-)

Steps: Take a matchbox. You don't need empty it, but you can, if you want. Take a pencil, lenght about 20 cm. Put the sharpened end of the pencil between the outer wall of the matchbox and the drawer side of it, as seen on the picture. Take a clothespin, and attach it the other side of the box, where the sharpened end of your pencil is. Use some (2-3) rubber band to fix it. And you are ready for shoot. If you are a guy who is fond of the sophisticated ways, you can grab a pocket knife to cut a small groove for the rubber band on the pencil.

You can disassemble it when travelling or simply carrying it, and nobody will guess that you have a rubber band gun. This moment was the most important reason when we armed ourselves with this super weapon in the school before cca. 35 years:-)
