Matzo Pizza
When i had a friend over once, he told me about this great thing called Matzo Pizza. He described what it was, and it didn't take much convincing before we made it for lunch. He was right. It was delicious. It was easy, simple and took nearly no time to make.

Ingredients and Tools
----You will need----
>Matzo (As much as you want to eat, i used one full piece.)
>Mozzarella cheese (thickly shredded is best.)
>Tomato Sauce, i prefer smooth marinara.
>Any toppings you want
>A microwave or toaster oven, the toaster oven is better, but microwave is fine.
>A spoon
>Matzo (As much as you want to eat, i used one full piece.)

Spread the Sauce
Lay out the matzo on a plate, and spread the tomato sauce evenly on each piece.
Add the Cheese
Using your hand, sprinkle the cheese over the matzo.
Add Toppings
This part is up to you, you can add whatever you want, in whatever quantity you want.
Cooking
Put the pizzas in the microwave or toaster oven until the crust has become soft, and the cheese is completely melted. There is no particular time in which to cook them, it depends on your appliance.
Eat!
Now the matzo pizza is ready. I eat it with a fork and knife because it isn't that easy to hold, but you can eat it with your hands if you want.
