This is a copycat recipe for a McDonalds breakfast sandwich. :)

Getting Started

For the biscuits, you will need a canning ring, syrup, pancake mix, and a griddle. Spray the griddle, and definitely the ring. Make a bit of the pancake mix, and pour it into the ring; fill it up about half way, and be sure to put some syrup in it!

Cooking

Cook the biscuit for about 3 minutes. Flip it and cook it for about 2 minutes. Then flip it out onto a plate. Then make the second one! You can put a hashbrown on too if you'd like. :)

Making the Sausage

For the sausage you will need a small amount of ground beef, and to season it if you'd like. OR do what I did. We had some frozen sausage links, so I cooked them, and ground them up, and added a small amount of egg. Then I pressed them into the ring to cook them into a round patty. And it was already seasoned by doing it this way. :) Cook for about 4 minutes on the first side.

Carefully flip the sausage over and out of the ring. Otherwise it will cook to the sides and not come out.😅

Then (clean the ring and) cook 1 egg in the ring until it bubbles a bit on the top. This ones a bit harder to get out of the ring so you might have to use a knife after its finished cooking.

Assembling

When everything is cooked, put the sausage on one of the biscuits, then the egg, and don't forget cheese! Then the biscuit on top, and rub in a bit of syrup into the top.

Thats all! 😊 Also, the contest says to make somethings that you eat where you live; And I live in the US, and most people in the US eat way to much McDonalds. 😆 Anyway, this version is much healthier! ;)
