Let's Begin
Peel the pumpkin.
Cut into thin slices using a vegetable mandolin, if no mandolin available slice as thin as you can with a sharp knife.
Place the cut slices on an absorbent kitchen paper to suck out moisture, for a minute or 2.
Take a microwave-safe dish, place a piece of parchment paper on it.
Arrange the cut slices on the plate- not overlapping each other.
Sprinkle seasoning.
Microwave
Microwave the plate at a high for 1.50 min. Flip the slices and rearrange ( center ones outside and vice versa) since heart is concentrated in the center..
Microwave for another minute.
Remove the plate and wait for it to cool.
Once cool they should turn crisp.
(in case you have cut them a little thicker it will take a little longer. in that case microwave for another minute or half till crisp.)
