Tips: Take care of your folds at the beginning, and the rest should be fairly easy if you follow the tutorial exactly. Making careful folds, and making sure everything is properly aligned will allow you to get best results for the final product. This rule is something that should probably be kept in mind when making any origami model. Other than that, have fun!
About Gold Ingot:
This article is about gold ingots. For the ore, see Gold Ore. For the block, see Block of Gold. For the nugget, see Gold Nugget.
Gold ingots are a metal obtained from the smelting of gold ore. It is primarily used to craft clocks, powered rails and as a decorative block. It can also be used to craft equipment such as tools and armor. Gold ingots can be crafted or found inside chests in strongholds or dungeons.
Tools made from gold will mine much faster than those of diamond; however, because of gold's extremely low durability, it is typically impractical for usage in equipment, and is more often used for "showing off" rather than for its value as items/armor. Gold tools can only mine stone, cobblestone, coal, netherrack and slabs; but they dig the fastest out of all the tools, and as such may be useful if the player is in a hurry and has plenty of gold. Gold equipment also has the highest enchantability of any material in the game.
Obtained: smelting of gold ore, crafted from gold block or from gold nuggets, and sometimes dropped by Zombie Pigmen.
Creates: sword, armor, tool, gold block, clock, gold nugget, powered rail.
Gold is a lower-middle-tier armor set. It is not suggested to use it as armor, due to its rarity and rather low durability. Despite this, gold had few uses until the addition of powered rails in Beta 1.5, and its value increased even more in Beta 1.6 when powered rails became an important source of power for minecarts after the powered minecart's effectiveness was reduced.
