Mini Lego Transformers: Shockbomber

The G1 Transformers cartoon is filled with resurrections. Megatron to Galvatron, Soundwave to Soundblaster, etc. So why not Shockwave? Here are two reasons why people (not me) would say he shouldn't.
1. He never died. For now, though, let's just say he somehow did.
2. He is not worthy of a redeco. Just no.
In spite of these strong (not) arguments, I resurrected Shockwave. Here is the result.

He is now tank. Tank crush semi truck. Tank rules world.
