Mobile Guitar Factory

My submission for the Jack Daniel's Independence project consists of turning an old delivery van into a mobile guitar factory. This would require a modest investment in tools; a small (36"x12"x2") CNC mill or router, and a 3d printer. A laser would complete the digital tooling, but is not necessary. A scalable battery bank and photovoltaic array would allow the guitars to be built by the van with inputs of sunlight, metal, plastic, wood and circuitry. A base estimate for the energy required to build a full guitar from the input materials is 2 KWH.
