Modern House in Minecraft

I made a futuristic house in Minecraft. I made this to show people how to make one in Minecraft.

In Minecraft the materials that are used for the house is:

1. Smooth Quartz Blocks
2. Smooth Quartz stairs
3. Dirt
4. Black Stained Glass Panes
5. Flower Bushes
6. The Blue Flowers
7. Iron Door
8. Vines
9. Black Concrete
10. Clear Glass Panes
11. Clear Glass Blocks
12. Acacia Wood Door
13. Sunflowers
14. Cornflower
15. Cobblestone

Use Smooth Quartz Blocks to the build the base for the house. it doesn't matter how big the House has to be in Minecraft.

Adding a frame will decide how tall the house is going to be. In the photo you can see the dirt. The dirt is for the garden in the front. Don't make it too big, there will be stairs on the left side. Make a pool but don't add the water just yet.

In the area where the house is going to be, fill in the hole, but only layer of smooth quartz blocks

As you can see in the photo, I made the front garden using two rows of flower bushes, and in the front of the bushes there is cornflowers. After you added both of those then you add black stained glass panes to create a border between the edge and the flowers.

Make a wall behind the garden. The wall for the garden will be needed for later steps. The empty frame that you made will need to be filled in with the Smooth Quartz Blocks.

Use the garden wall and make it a part of the house. Add black stained glass panes as windows.

Add an iron door and some more black stained glass panes.

Just add a flat roof to the house using smooth quartz blocks.

This is an optional step. I just added it for decoration. Add vines coming from the garden.

You can see in the photo that I added 2 edges on the house. In the photo is shows only 1 block going out but make it 2 or it won't work. You will add water on the first layer then the next layer you add CLEAR glass panes. On the finished photo it shows how the edges look like.

We are first building the frame just to start slow. We will add more things moving on.

Fill in the frame and add some black stained glass for decoration. Use Smooth quartz blocks to build the garage. The black blocks are Black concrete, not black sand. I wouldn't think using black sand would make a difference but just do what you want.

Use clear glass BLOCKS not panes. Use it and build a green house. Its a weird green house but that's what I built. Use an Acacia door.

In the garden it is a little advanced but I sorted out the flowers by height. In the back I put a cobblestone wall and added vines to it. The second row I added sunflowers. In the third row I added flower bushes. In the fourth row I put torch flowers. then in the front row I put cornflowers.

There you have it! You have made your modern house. There are some extra things like the vines and even the garden. There are different designs for modern house but this is the one I chose to build. Good Luck making it!
