The mower I got for this progect was A rally plus riding mower. As for the go kart frame, it was a rupp go kart, with no engine, and the back axle was broken. Tools needed: A socket wrench set, hack saw, welder and A wrench.

Time to Work :-)

The hardest part of the build was to tear the mower down to the frame. This took me about nine hours. To do this, just keep taking of bolts until you are left with a frame. As you can see in the second picture, I even removed the front axle. As for the go kart frame, just cut off the back axle. I took the seat off and replaced it with the mowers seat. More cozy! Now just weld the go kart frame to the mower frame to complete an entire frame as shown in the fourth picture.

Final Touches.

Now just add the engine, seat, kill switches, throttle and brake cables. also you can give it a good coat of paint. The front wheels of the mower fit on the go kart, so there is about 9" to the ground at its lowest point.

Update!

I've done some experiments And found that at full throttle, It rolls at about 15 MPH. I also added some new wheels and A gas tank cover from the old mower so a passenger can ride on the back.
