Let’s start by creating a new project and keep them, with the position of our base

This is very important because each face has a different position.

Now we select the square between X and Z (red and blue), this will help us to connect each part of our project ,quickly.

Then you will go to the option Create  , use the tool Line  , this is easy , you have to make a line based on the measurements of our base , remember to finish the shape of our base at the same point where it started.

For the following we have to select Finish sketch .

Back Face 1

The second step will start in the same way as the first step, but now choose the small square between lines Z and x (blue and red) and then follow ls same guide with the designated measurements.

After you have completed step 1, you will go to the option Create  , select Extrude  (This tool will give you our face volume , something like 3D) and choose voulumen 3mm

Base Face 1

You will start in the same way as the first and second step, but now choose the small square between the lines Z and Y (blue and green) and then follow the same guide with the designated measurements and everything from step 2 above said.

Next we will go to the option Modify appearance of selection  , in this case we will choose Wood and then Mahogany , so that our base has that texture we select the Pine and we drag it to our base face.

When you have finished pressing Finish Sketch and save it with the name in this case Base Face 1.

Choose the small square between lines X and Z (red and blue) and then you will do exactly the same and follow this guide with the same three steps above.

This face requires a little more precision so it will be explained more after a few steps , first you will go to the option Create  , use the tool Line  , this is easy , you have to make a line based on the measurements of our face , remember to finish the shape of our base at the same point where it started.

- To make that circuenference what we will do is to go to Create and in the option Arc we select, Arc by 3 points , after that the point and the other point.

-We continue in straight line with 20 degree of inclination , as sigerenci could make all the distances before doing these steps .

-In the upper part what we will do is to draw a line of 10 mm in the same distance of the drawn previously and with that measure we will go towards the right with 3mm and climb again and close that part.

-With the opvion to modify the leftovers that we did previously ,

-Finally in the bottom part we follow the same measures and equal points and with modifying we delete the execesos.

For the following we have to select Finish sketch .

2.Then you will go to the Create  option, select Extrude  (This tool will give you our face volume , something like 3D) and choose 3mm volume .

3. Next will go the option Modify selection appearance  , in this case we will choose Wood and then Mahogany , so that our base has that texture we select the Mahogany and drag it to our side face.

When you have finished pressing Finish Sketch and save it with the name in this case Side Face 2.1 .

Choose the small square between lines X and Z (red and blue) and then you will do exactly the same and follow this guide with the same three steps above.

This face is almost similar to the previous one so we will follow the same suggestions of the previous step , with slight varieties easy to solve , so remember that this is the face where we will manufacture our own design.

1.You will go to the Create option , use the Line tool , this is easy , you have to make a line based on the measurements of our front face , remember to finish the shape of our back face at the same point where it started.

For the following we have to select Finish Sketch.

2.Then you will go to the Create option, select Extrude (This tool will give you our face volume , something like 3D) and choose 3mm volume .

3. Then go the option Modify appearance selection , in this case we will choose Wood and then Mahogany , so that our base has that texture we select the Mahogany and drag it to our back face.

4. The next thing we will do is go to our browser and look for the drawing we want and place dxf at the end , in this case is "Avengers dxf " then select the image we liked the most , to save it on our PC in jpg.

5.Returning to the program will go to the option insert and canvas , ahi will appear your files and we seal the one we saved earlier and insert it in our side face , finalmnete it , and we visualize where the image is best.

6. Following that we will go to edit sketch and in the superor part where it says Create Spline (help us delineate the image) this is similar to lines, only that more accurate , okey delineate the image very accurately , then we go to the left corner to remove lienxos and we already have our face without the image.

7. As the final part we will take out the new person, but this time we will remove that, which we draw , in the cut, we will put so "-" and any new preference .

When you have finished pressing Finish Sketch and save it with the name in this case Side Face 2.2 .

imagen_2022-08-29_203614191.png

We’re almost done here!

Now we have to put our faces together.

First we open a new pestena and save it as "Assemble" then to join the faces we will put the right mouse button on the base face and select Insert in the curret design , then we will do the same with the side face and both images will appear.

Try to put them close and we will go to the Join option to select Union , we will work with the edges so that you select the right edges to mount and so on with all the faces sometimes , they will not assemble well , so be careful with the edges , everyone calmly comes out.

Already this !

Ensuring that we have all the pieces designed, touch the practical and you must export all your faces in dxf format.

In this case I keep them on a USB with their respective names.

Having all this ready , in my case I go to the laboratory of my university where I used the laser engraving and cutting machine- Speedy 400 , elaborated in Germany , where I left my files and they told me a date to collect it .

In the images shown you can see the process used in the machine .

Finally you can see all the designed parts of our project.

And that’s it for today!! , try to design your own model so that you do it with the design that you like.

I hope to see you again! If you have any questions and need clarification, do not hesitate to contact us in the comments here or in my DM.

See you next time! Ciao!!
