For my final BoseBUILD competition entry I wanted to create something personal to me. I wondered - if I owned a speaker cube how would I design it? Being fascinated by astronomy this was an obvious direction for me to go in. One of the most exciting topics in astronomy right now is the New Horizons space probe which trying to understand the transformation of the early Solar System. On January 1st 2019 it will reach the Kuiper belt - we have already seen some fascinating photos and made some incredible discoveries when it flew past Pluto. Who knows what will be discovered when it reaches the belt. So I decided to create a speaker cube in honor of NASA's New Horizons probe by recreating the Atlas V 551 rocket that started it on its journey back on January 19th 2006. I hope you like it! The guys at Autodesk made this extremely easy to build thanks to their amazing software - Fusion 360. A big thanks to Bose and Instructables for putting this competition together. I felt it was only right to feature their logos on the rocket but blank versions have also been included so that you can put your own logos or text onto the rocket to personalize it to you. Good luck everyone!
