NO BAKE Strawberry Cheesecake

This is one of the easiest and delicious cake that you can prepare for you family during holidays or even ordinary days. The best about it is that you do not need an oven, or follow complicated preparation.

Ingredients

Crust

200g crushed graham crackers
225g melted butter
3 tbsp sugar

Toppings

250g cream cheese
250ml all-purpose cream
1/4 cup confectionery sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries

Procedure

1. Combine and mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl:

crushed graham crackers
sugar
melted butter

Mold the Crust in a Desired Container

It is best to use a round plastic bottomless molder here
Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes

Mix the Toppings

Use a separate bowl and mix the following ingredients:
- Cream Cheese
- Confectionery Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- All-purpose cream

Pour the Mixture on the Crust
