NXT DYNAMO POWER SAW!

I will give you step by step instructions on how to make this hand powered nxt saw.

Lets begin!

You Will Need:

2  Electric Mindstorms NXT Motor
2  Technic Gear 36 Tooth Double Bevel
2  Technic Gear 12 Tooth Double Bevel
1 Technic Gear 20 Tooth Double Bevel
1 Wheel 43.2 x 22 without Pinholes, with External Ribs
1 Technic Beam 13
4 Technic Pin with Friction and Slots
2 Technic Axle Pin with Friction
2 Technic Axle 2 Notched
3 Technic Axle 3
1 Technic Axle 4
2 Technic Axle 5
2 Technic Beam 4 x 4 Liftarm Bent 53.5
1 Technic Bush
2 Technic Axle Joiner Perpendicular with 2 Holes
4 Technic Bionicle 1 x 3 Tooth with Axlehole

Step 1

Insert the Technic Axle 5 into the Electric Mindstorms NXT Motor. then pop on the Wheel 43.2 x 22 without Pinholes, with External Ribs
This will form the hand generator.

Step 2

Put 2 Technic Pin with Friction and Slots onto the Technic Beam 13, then fix that onto the other Electric Mindstorms NXT Motor.

Step 3

Insert the other Technic Axle 5 into the motor, then put the Technic Gear 36 Tooth Double Bevel onto the other end of the Technic Axle 5.

Step 4

Insert the Technic Axle 3 into the Technic Gear 12 Tooth Double Bevel, then put that into the 6th hole of the Technic Beam 13.

Step 5

At the other end of the Technic Axle 3, insert the Technic Gear 20 Tooth Double Bevel.

Step 6

Put the other Technic Gear 12 Tooth Double Bevel onto the Technic Axle 4

Step 7

Put it through the 8th hole of the Technic Beam 13. Then lock it with the Technic Bush.

Step 8

Put the other Technic Gear 36 Tooth Double Bevel onto the Technic Axle 4.

Step 9

Put two Technic Axle 2 Notched onto each side of the Technic Gear 36 Tooth Double Bevel.

Step 10

Insert the 2 Technic Axle 3 into the 2 Technic Axle Joiner Perpendicular with 2 Holes. Then put a Technic Pin with Friction and Slots and a Technic Pin with Friction and Slots into both Technic Axle Joiner Perpendicular with 2 Holes.

Step 11

Put the 4 Technic Bionicle 1 x 3 Tooth with Axlehole onto both Technic Axle Joiner Perpendicular with 2 Holes.

Step 12

Put the 2 Technic Beam 4 x 4 Liftarm Bent 53.5 onto the 2 Technic Axle 2 Notched.

Step 13 (Final Step!!!)

Clip the 2 Technic Axle Joiner Perpendicular with 2 Holes onto the Technic Beam 4 x 4 Liftarm Bent 53.5.
Thats it!

Finished!

To use your saw, simply turn the Wheel 43.2 x 22 without Pinholes, with External Ribs, and the saw will move in that direction, clockwise and anticlockwise. You can also build the hand generator and the saw together to make life easier! thanks, and have fun!
