Seriously who doesn't like Nachos? Me and my friends do! We often have a gathering where we play board games and eat tapas.

In this instructable I will show you how we make our Nachos.

What do you need:

  • Nacho chips (no added tastes)
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Jalapeno
  • Meaty tomato
  • Sour cream (or crème fraiche)

For the guacamole:

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 lime
  • Salt

First of all we are going to make the guacamole, this because the longer you keep it the more flavouring it gets (well don't wait 2+ days )

Cut the tomato, shallot and pepper in small pieces (I used the whole pepper because I like it spicy but if you don't then just use half of it).

Use a garlic press for the, you guessed it, garlic and spoon out the avocado.

Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (320 Fahrenheit)

Mix and Finish Guacemole

Mix this all in a big bowl, I like to use my hands for this, this way you feel once it's ready (not chunky) Cut the skin of the lime so that you won't get the bitterness of the lime in your dish. Now add salt and the lime juice to your own taste.

Put this aside until you need it.

Now cut the tomato and jalapeno to small chunks. Put the Nachos chips in the baking dish, cover it with the cheddar cheese and if you, like me have some spare grated cheese you can use it as well. Add the tomato and jalapeno and maybe some more cheese Once your oven is hot enough put the baking dish in and let it bake for 10 min.

Enjoy

After 10 minutes, take out the nachos and finish it with your delicious homemade guacamole and the sour cream.
