Negative Going Pulse Arduino Readable Logic.

Hey Guys, Today we will show you how to create a very simple negative going pulse, readable to the arduino, that will not fry your arduino. This Circuit was very helpful for protection from high lethal voltages for any electronics. We are using this in a cosmic ray detector, but we decided to share the design so that others can use it too.
