Hello everyone this is my first intructables. This instructables include process to prepare spicy chiken curry in nepali way. To prepare this chicken curry, you will need following items and ingredients.
1) Chicken half kg
2) Lemon 1or 2
3) Onion 2 pcs

Marinating
At first Marinate your chicken for at least half an hour by mixing half tbsp of oil, 1 or 2 lemon, and salt. Salt can be added seprately while cooking or while serving. I recommend to add salt while serving as it preserves iodine of salt from vapourising.
Chopping
Chop two onions, finely, and some garlic. Also chop two tomatoes into small pieces also you can use available sauce. while chopping you have to put them separately.
Start Cooking
Start by adding 3 tbsp oil and wait till it is ready to add onion. After 3 to 4 minutes add chopped onion and garlic. When onion has its brown color then add tomato and cook until all tomatoes become paste
Add Your Spices / Masala
Now add Red chilli, salt, pepper, cumin powder, garam masala or chicken masala. Then cook for 3 to 5 minutes. You can add little amount of water but it is not needed, as you have added two tomatoes.
Add Meat
Now add marinated chicken and cook it for 10 to 15 minute so that it is well cooked and taste of spices (masala), paste and meat should be blended. I recommend not to cover or add any water while cooking meat. When it is well cooked you can see that skin is peeling back itself.
Add Curd
Now add curd to make a curry. If you don't like taste of curd then you can add water also. Then boil it for 4 to 5 minutes so that it blend with gravy. Now taste it for spices and add accordingly
Serving
Now ýour food is ready to serve. Small tips for serving you can add some fresh green coriander leaves over it which gives amazing scent and flavour. But you can seve it in your way.
