New Puzzle From Old

I wanted to make some personalised puzzle for gifts. As have not yet bought a scroll saw so I decided to reuse old slightly sad looking but structurally sound puzzles and change the images.

How to do it-
Step 1 - Find an old puzzle the correct size
Step 2 - Sand off the old image, I used a bench sander for speed
Step 3 - Draw on new image, I have used a pyrography pen to burn my image into the wood
Step 4 - Colour the image will dilute acrylic paint
Step 5 - Give a coat or two of spray varnish
Step 6 - Cover the back with self adhesive fablon
Finished
