Newspaper Box

Today we are going to make a box with an old newspaper

These are the materials we need to do this box, sure you have them at home:

• Newspaper.
• White glue (diluited in the same amount of water).
• Scissors.
• Nail polish or similar.
• Glue gun.
• Little stick (2mm diameter)
• Brush.
• Paint (optional).

You have to make four strips of paper. You can cut several sheets at the same time, if you are an adult yo can cut them with a knife (you will be faster).

You have to roll the paper with the little stick. It´s a matter of practise. It´s important that you put the stick in the right angle like in the photos, in the end you put some glue and remove the stick. This ones are for the circles.

You have to make 40 of this ones.

This is like the process in the normal sticks but putting glue along the edge of the paper strip.

To do this ones you will need a normal stick for each one, you have to put some glue in the end of this roll and cover it also with glue to make it rigid, do 40 of them.

With the glue gun and a special stick cutted in 5,5cm long you will join the circles.

Finally you have to join all the circles, to make this fit well take a look in how the large and the short sides are join.
