No Eggs Needed Ever Baking Recipe

001.jpg

I have been using this recipe for years, since my granddaughter is allergic to egg whites. With this recipe she can sneak cookie dough and even lick the beaters. With the price of a dozen eggs soaring across the nation, now is the time to take advantage of a little known secret: you do not need eggs to make your cookies, cakes, brownies or muffins. Eggs are a combiner, used to hold fats and liquids together in a recipe; this recipe replaces eggs as a combiner. I have been using this recipe for years. This recipe will replace two eggs in your recipe. It uses unflavored gelatin. I buy the box of 32 packets. I purchased one in February 2023 from WalMart for $8.88. Each package is equal to replacing two eggs, so doing the math for $8.88 I got 64 eggs that I don't have to refrigerate and have a shelf-life of over a year.

Supplies

You will need a small bowl, a toothpick for stirring, one .25 ounce packet of unflavored gelatin, 1/3 cup boiling water (30 seconds in the microwave will make it plenty hot) and 1/2 cup ice water.

DO NOT PREMIX THIS RECIPE. Mix it right when it is time to add eggs to the recipe.

The gelatin is now ready to add to your recipe when your recipe calls for two eggs.

Bake everything as usual and enjoy! You will not be able to tell the difference.
