No Fat Apple Chips.
It's winter and cold... it is tempting to sit back and watch a movie and eat chips. Not a good idea if you' re trying to work on your health. But it's still nice to have something to nibble on. The solution: apple chips.
Ingredients - Material
1 large or 2 small apples.

Make the Chips
Preheat the oven; 220 fahrenheit; 100 celcius.
Wash the apples, remove the core and cut the apples into slices as thin as possible.
Put it on a plate with bakery paper and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place the apples in the oven and bake for 1.5 hours until crispy.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
