Prep Your Beans
Tip #1 Peanut oil is great for deep frying
Place a good amount of peanut oil in large pot (For Deep Frying) and heat until approx 350 degrees. Prep green beans by cutting off sprouts at the ends. Then place in colander and rinse until clean.
Quick Dredging
Next place flour into gallon size bag and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Add in green beans and shake until all of them are fully coated.
Prepare to Bread!
Whisk eggs with a dash of milk in bowl and set aside. Next take plain bread crumbs and season with spices listed in ingredients list. Amounts are not listed so add in amounts that you desire (I like garlic flavor so I added a good amount of garlic powder). Set aside on flat dish.
Breading the Greens
Now time to get to breading! Take green beans, dip into egg mixture, shake of excess egg mix, then coat in completely in bread crumbs, and set aside on wax paper until ready for frying.
Time to Fry!
Tip #2 To test temp of oil sprinkle some flour into oil, if oil begins to bubble, it is ready!
Time to fry!!!! Place a handful of green beans into the pot at a time and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and place onto paper bags/towels to remove grease. (Brown paper bags work best! They seem to suck all of the grease up to make for a light and crispy taste)
Serving and Suggestions
Serve green beans with my horseradish sauce from "All American Swiss Burger" recipe, or some ranch dressing.
