Like all my projects, I share the schematic diagram so that you can do it yourself. The schematic diagram was designed in EASYEDA, a very professional and free electronic circuit design software, we can observe the electronic components that we use for this project and their respective values.

First we feed our PCB with a voltage of 12VDC

The operation is very simple, we only have two buttons, one on and one off to control the N-channel MOSFET, that is, when the voltage on its control pin exceeds, it will activate and when we send a 0v voltage, it will turn off, very easy to understand.

And finally we have a RELAY output, that is, we can control DC or AC loads but with a current output of 10A maximum.

The IRF540N is a 100V Single N Channel Hexfet Power Mosfet in the TO-220AB package. This Mosfet has extremely low resistance per area of ​​silicon, dynamic dv/dt rating, fast switching, and rugged. Power MOSFETs are well known for providing high efficiency and reliability that can be used in a wide variety of applications.
