Ingredients

You will need:

  • 100 grams cookies
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 25 mls milk
  • 25 grams butter
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/8 teaspoon orange zest
  • 3 marshmallows

Also line a little tin with baking paper, the size of the tin that I used was 13 1/2 cm (135 mm) long, 6 cm (60 mm) wide and 4 1/2 cm (45 mm) high.

Mixing and Blending

Mix up your cocoa, orange zest, milk and vanilla together in a bowl and set aside.

In a food processor blend up the cookies until coarse crumbs, if you wish you can leave the crumbs large. If you don't have a food processor you could put the cookies into a zip lock bag and bash them with a rolling pin until the desired size.

Melting

In a saucepan melt the butter and sugar together, then add the cocoa mix and give it a stir. Put the cookie crumbs into a bowl and add the chocolate mix and give it a good stir. Using scissors cut the marshmallows up into little bits then add to the chocolate crumb mixture and give it a stir. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and put in the fridge for an hour or two.
